Regional Director

My name is Teba Aijaz, MS, BCBA, LBA, and I am the Regional Clinical Director at All Star ABA. I am a graduate of the Chicago School of Professional Psychology and have dedicated over 12-13 years of my career to the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.


My journey in this field has been a rewarding one, starting from my humble beginnings as a Registered Behavior Technician and gradually progressing to roles such as Case Manager, Assistant Manager, and ultimately achieving the title of Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).


Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working in various states including VA, GA, MD, and my home state of IL. This diverse experience has allowed me to collaborate with professionals from different backgrounds, learn from each interaction, and contribute to the growth and development of the field.


I am passionate about creating meaningful and impactful change through the application of behavior analysis principles, and I am committed to continuing my professional growth and contributing to the advancement of the field.


I am grateful for the opportunities I have had to work alongside dedicated BCBAs, Behavior Technicians, and individuals with diverse needs, and I look forward to the continued journey of learning, growing, and making a difference in the lives of those we serve.


Erica

Training Manager

Erica Ayd is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over five of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). She earned her master’s degree in Behavior Analysis from the Ball State University.

Throughout her career, Erica has worked in various settings, including schools, clinics, and home-based programs, providing comprehensive assessment and tailored intervention plans for individuals with developmental disabilities. Her hands-on experience spans from providing direct care services to conducting functional behavior assessments to designing and implementing behavior intervention plans that promote skill acquisition and improve quality of life.

Erica is passionate about training and mentoring future behavior analysts and behavior technicians. She also serves as All Star ABA Therapy’s Training Manager! Her commitment to professional development extends to her active involvement in state and national organizations, where she collaborates with peers to advance the field.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Erica enjoys reading, playing games, and spending time with her family. Her mission is to empower individuals and families through compassionate, evidence-based support, helping them to achieve meaningful change and success.

Heather

BCBA

In her career, she has been able to experience direct success and behavior improvement in children. Her measurable success led her to the field of Senior ABA therapist, providing mentoring through Families for Effective Autism Treatment. In the early 2000’s, she began to design in-home ABA programs that helped families across the mid-west, including North Dakota and Iowa. She became a Clinical Supervisor in Maryland, and has since completed her Master’s Degree in Special Education through the University of MD College Park, Post Graduate Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from John’s Hopkins University, and has started her Doctorate in Applied Behavior Analysis from Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Heather is a Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of Maryland and also practices in Florida and South Carolina.

Jennifer

BCBA

Jennifer Austin, M.S., BCBA, LBA is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over 15 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Jennifer received her Master's of Science in Special Education with emphasis on Applied Behavior Analysis from Drexel University. She has spent more than a decade working in Pennsylvania's intermediate units, where she has specialized in supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Jennifer has extensive experience working with individuals from infancy through adulthood, helping them overcome challenges related to communication, behavior, social, and adaptive skills.Her professional experience spans various settings, including home, community, clinics, and schools. Jennifer has been a key contributor to early intervention programs, collaborating closely with teachers, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and physical therapists to provide comprehensive, multidisciplinary support. Her expertise extends to working with individuals diagnosed with a range of disorders, including Depressive Disorder, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and Reactive Attachment Disorder. Jennifer is dedicated to breaking down barriers and promoting meaningful progress for the children and families she serves, fostering positive outcomes and enhancing quality of life through individualized ABA strategies.

Martha

Martha Sierra, BCBA, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Ball State University. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with extensive training and a profound commitment to enhancing the lives of individuals with autism.

Professional Experience Martha has extensive experience working with both children and adults affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder. Her career spans over 6 years, during which she has developed and implemented comprehensive ABA programs tailored to the unique needs of her clients. Her expertise encompasses a broad range of behavioral interventions, which she applies to foster significant behavioral improvements and enhance overall quality of life.

Approach to Therapy Martha’s approach to therapy is holistic and person-centered. She believes in working collaboratively with families, educators, and other professionals to create supportive environments that encourage positive changes. By integrating cutting-edge ABA techniques and maintaining a compassionate understanding of her clients' challenges, Martha ensures that each therapeutic plan is not only scientifically sound but also deeply respectful of the individual’s dignity and potential for growth.

Vision and Commitment Dedicated to both her professional advancement and her clients' success, Martha continuously seeks out the latest research in behavioral science to enhance her practice. Her ultimate goal is to provide effective, evidence-based interventions that empower individuals with autism to lead fulfilling and rewarding lives.

Laura

BCBA

Laura Torres Yee is a dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) with extensive experience working with neurodiverse children ages 2 to 21. Her career has been centered on providing tailored behavioral interventions that address the unique developmental needs of each child.

Laura earned her degrees from the University of Central Florida (UCF) and Nova Southeastern University, where she built a strong foundation in behavioral science and therapy. Her academic background, coupled with her practical experience, enables her to effectively manage a wide range of behavioral challenges.

Passionate about removing barriers to treatment, Laura emphasizes the importance of involving parents in the therapeutic process. She believes that by working collaboratively with families, she can help create inclusive and supportive environments that foster significant progress and growth.

In her personal time, Laura enjoys exploring the culinary world and immersing herself in nature.


Monica

BCBA

Monica Mejia Zuluaga, PhD, BCBA, LBA (MD, NC), LABA (MA), is a seasoned Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 14 years of experience in the field of ABA, including nearly a decade post-certification and 5+ years in leadership roles. She holds a PhD in Neuroscience and is fluent in English, Spanish, and French. Monica has developed a wide range of expertise throughout her career, including telehealth practices, assent-based and trauma-informed approaches, Practical Functional Assessment and Skill-Based Treatment (PFA/SBT), and the Balance Program. She is also skilled in clinical leadership, training and professional development, quality assurance, and the supervision and mentorship of early-career BCBAs, trainees, and RBTs.

Monica’s professional interests focus on organizational behavior management, compassionate ABA care, cultural competence, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion practices within ABA.

Currently, she serves as the Director of Training and Development at Sprout, MBC, a Massachusetts-based organization, while also providing clinical consultative services for All Star ABA.

Outside of work, Monica enjoys practicing yoga, running, cooking, listening to podcasts and audiobooks, and spending quality time with her family, including her children, husband, and dogs.

Fenton

RBT

Fenton Horton III, a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with over a year of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), plays a pivotal role at All Star ABA. Specializing in implementing tailored programs for individuals with developmental, emotional, and intellectual disabilities, Fenton is passionate about providing top-quality care, particularly to children on the autism spectrum. His strong interpersonal skills foster relationships with both clients and their families, ensuring compassionate service delivery. With a focus on training and developing new RBTs, Fenton is committed to expanding the presence of skilled technicians in the field, aiming to help them excel. He is currently pursuing studies in computer information systems and has completed 40+ hours of BACB-approved training. His passion for technology, gaming, and animation complements his playful, joyful nature, which he brings to every interaction.

Katia

RBT

Katia Elen Acosta Buelvas, a certified RBT and yoga teacher, brings over 10 years of experience working with children of all ages, including those on the autism spectrum. Originally from Colombia, she pursued education to become an English teacher and holds an Associate Degree in Arts with a major in Business. As a lead RBT at All Star ABA, Katia plays a vital role in providing behavioral intervention, implementing one-on-one programs for children with autism. She is also part of the training team, offering guidance to new and current RBTs. Katia floats between various clients, gaining extensive experience while supporting families in schools, clinics, and home settings. Her passion for helping others is driven by the joy of hearing, "We're so glad you're here today." Her professional goal is to become a BCBA. In her free time, Katia enjoys practicing hot yoga, writing poetry, caring for her two Bengal cats, and attending concerts, with a love for classical music, art, and ceramics.
